Report Details: Permissions

The Permissions tab on the Report Details window allows you to specify enterprise members who can Read(view) or Write(edit) a report. You can also reset the permissions back to defaults.

Default Permissions

By default:

For reports in public folders
All enterprise users with access to reports (either from the Reports tab or in Dashboard Report Viewers) have permission to Read (view) a report.
All Query Studio Authors and Report Studio Authors have permission to Read and Write a report.
The report owner has full permission on the report.
The report owner's permissions cannot be changed.

For reports in personal folders:
The report owner has full permission on the report.
The report owner's permissions cannot be changed.
