About the Report Details Window

The Report Details Window opens when you click on the name of your report, preserving your current location in PPM in your primary browser window. The Details window uses a tabbed interface to give you access to Report Details, Permissions, Schedule and Schedule History and allows you to Edit Details and Run With Options from the Actions menu.

Important: You must configure your browser to allow pop-up windows for your PPM web site. PPM uses pop-up windows to display Item Details. If your browser does not allow pop-up windows for the PPM web site, you will not be able to access all features of PPM.

Information on the Details tab:

Details:

Name—The name of the report.
Screen Tip —Text that appears when users hover over the report name in the report list.
Description—The description of the report.
Caching—Whether or not the report output can be cached (saved). Options are Enabled and Disabled.
If caching is enabled the date and time of the last cached version shows. For more information, see About Report Caching.
Note: Enabling this option does not automatically cache the report run. It only gives you the ability to cache the run.
Advanced Information:
Owner—Who created the report.
Location—The location of the report.
Created—When the report was created.
Modified—Last time the report was modified.
