Sending Reports by Email |
When you send a report by email, either as an explicit option when running a report, or when you schedule a report to run automatically, the output for Excel formatted reports may not be what you expect. If you email a report in either Excel 2002 or Excel 2007, the output type is .MHT.
This output type is used because it is less likely to be stripped from email messages, and Microsoft Excel can open both types.
