Searching the Support Knowledge Base

 

The Daptiv Support Knowledge Base is a searchable archive of product support-related questions and answers, and troubleshooting steps. The Knowledge Base is designed to allow you to solve issues you might have with PPM without needing to contact Daptiv Support. Enter keywords to search the Knowledge Base and find similar issues along with their solutions.

To open the Support knowledge base page in a new browser window:

  1. Click the Help icon at the top of the main Daptiv screen.
  2. Click Knowledge Base.
    The Support Knowledge Base page opens in a new window.
