View and update personal user settings by clicking on your
user name at the top of the screen.
User Setting options include:
- Customize
Tabs—Use
this option to customize the look of your global environment by specifying
which application tabs are displayed and in what order. For details, see
Customizing Your Tabs.
- Edit
User Settings—Use
this option to change your name, email address, and phone number, and
to configure security challenge questions (if these are enabled for your
enterprise). For more information, see Editing
Your User Settings.
- Change
Password—Use
this option to change your PPM password. For details, see Changing
Your Password.
- Download
Utilities—This
option allows you to download any Changepoint PPM utilities that your organization
is licensed to use. See Downloading
Utilities for more information.
- Email Notification Settings—This
option allows you to determine how, or if, you receive email notifications. See Configuring Email Notification Settings for more information.
- Switch
Enterprise—This option only appears if you are a member
of more than one Changepoint PPM enterprise. Select it to switch to
another enterprise. See Switching
Between Multiple Enterprises for details.
- Sign
Out—This
option ends your session and returns you to the
login page.
