Downloading Utilities

To use any of the Changepoint PPM utilities your organization has licensed, you need to download and install the utilities on your local computer. If you are licensed for any utilities, a Download Utilities link is included in the list of options when you click your user icon at the upper-right of the PPM screen.

Note: These utilities are Windows-only utilities.

To download utilities :

1. Click your user name at the top of the PPM window and click Download Utilities.
   The Download Utilities window displays.
2. Choose the utility you want to download:
3. Changepoint PPM Outlook Integration
4. Changepoint PPM ProjectTransit
5. Changepoint PPM DeskDocs

3. Follow the prompts for downloading and saving the utility installer file.
