Outlook Integration - Overview

 

The Changepoint PPM Microsoft® Outlook® Integration utility provides integration between PPM tasks and appointments and Outlook. The utility allows you to view and update your PPM tasks and appointments in Outlook. The utility automatically retrieves your PPM tasks and appointments and adds them to Outlook, based on your configuration selections. You can update PPM tasks from Outlook, and get Outlook reminders about your PPM appointments.

To use the Outlook Integration utility, download and install the utility to your local computer. See Downloading Utilities and Installing the Outlook Integration Utility for more information.

Outlook Integration is supported for Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 for Windows on Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
Note: Unless otherwise noted, Outlook Integration is supported on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows.
