Installing the Outlook Integration Utility

Changepoint PPM includes a plug-in utility for Microsoft Outlook
that provides integration between PPM and Outlook. This utility allows
you to download your PPM tasks and appointments to Outlook, and to
update the tasks from Outlook. You can choose to have the utility add
your PPM tasks as Outlook tasks, as all-day Outlook appointments, or

Outlook Integration SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Before installing the Outlook Integration utility, verify
that your computer meets these system requirements:
- Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10
(Note: Unless otherwise noted, Outlook Integration is supported on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows)
- Microsoft Outlook
2007, 2010, 2013, or 2016 for Windows (English, French, German or Spanish)
- Microsoft .NET 4.6.1
- Internet connection to Changepoint PPM
To install Outlook Integration:
- Download the Outlook Integration
installer file to your local computer.
For details on downloading the file, see Downloading
Utilities. - Browse to the installer
file on your computer.
- Double-click the installer
file to start the installation.
- Follow the on-screen instructions
to install the Outlook Integration utility.
