Viewing Nonworking Time for a Workspace

 

Project managers can view both global and personal nonworking time that can affect their task schedule on the workspace calendar.

To View nonworking time on the workspace calendar:

  1. Click the Projects tab to open the list of your workspaces.
  2. Click the name of the workspace for which you want to view nonworking time.
  3. On the Workspace Menu, click Calendar and Month View or Day View (nonworking time does not appear on List View).
  4. Select the option for Nonworking Time.

Note: If you want to access the workspace directly from your Dashboard, add the workspace to your list of favorites. For more information, see Dashboard Favorites.

You can edit personal nonworking time for users you are the supervisor or resource manager for. Global nonworking time must be edited by an enterprise administrator.
