Importing Workspaces: Step 5 - Map Users

In the fifth step of the Import Workspaces wizard, map imported users to Changepoint PPM (enterprise) users. Do this for the manager field and for any custom member fields. Note: You can only import/map users to for the manager field and any custom member fields.

User names from the import file that exactly match enterprise users are automatically mapped. You can unmap these users if the mapping is not correct. Names that do not exactly match enterprise user names are not mapped.

If there are no user fields in the import file, skip this step by clicking Next.

To Map Imported Users to Changepoint PPM Users:

For each unmapped user, click the name of a user in the Import File User list, then click the name of the associated enterprise user in the Changepoint PPM Users list and click Map.
Click Next Step to continue.

Note: To unmap users click Unmap .
