Derived workspace field
Total planned billable revenue of a workspace, calculated from total task planned work and external billing rates of task assignees (or tasks, if external billing rates set at task level).
Total Planned Labor Revenue rolls up from child workspaces to their parent workspaces.
TPLR = sum of ((task planned work) * (external billing rate))
