About the Workspace Gear Menu

The Workspace Gear Menu in the upper right corner of each workspace gives you access to a number of varied options for workspace administration, managing related items, and setting page options within the workspace.

Use the Gear Menu to manage workspace-specific administrative tasks, as well as setting page options within the workspace.

The Gear Menu is divided into sections:

Workspace Admin
Manage Applications opens the Manage Applications page.

Generate Template opens the Create Template wizard.
See Generating a Workspace Template.
Create opens the Create Workspace wizard. See Creating a Workspace.
Archive/ Restore from Archive archives or restores the workspace (you are prompted with a confirmation first).
See Archiving a Workspace and Restoring an Archived Workspace. Note: The option changes, depending on the state of the workspace.
Delete deletes the workspace (you are prompted with a confirmation first).

Page Options
Set as Start Page
Add to Favorites/Remove from Favorites. (Toggles based on current state.)
