Managing Applications in a Workspace

 

Project managers and other users with the workspace-level permission Can Administer Settings can use the Gear Menu to manage applications in their workspaces. Click the Gear icon and Manage Applications to open the Manage Applications page.

The Manage Applications page lists all the non-administrative applications currently included in the workspace. These may be native applications (Calendar and Documents for example) or dynamic applications (both enterprise-level and workspace-level) .

Note: Administrative applications such as Resources and Members are not included on the Manage Applications page.

Note: Project managers can export enterprise dynamic application definitions and/or data, but there is limited use for these, other than adding the application as a workspace dynamic application in another workspace. Administrators managing enterprise dynamic applications should do so from the Administrative console. See Types of Dynamic Applications for more information.
