Help and Support - Overview

The Help and Support
menu gives you quick access to a variety of resources designed to answer
your questions about PPM and to solve any problems you might encounter.
The Help and Support menu includes the following commands:
- Open
Help—This
option opens the PPM help system. The help system contains detailed
information about PPM features and how to use them. For more information,
see Using Changepoint PPM Help.
- View Training—This option opens a new browser window with the PPM training options.
- Connect
with the Daptiv Community—This
option opens a new browser window and takes you to the Daptiv Community.
The Daptiv Community is an online user community for Daptiv. For details,
see Opening the Daptiv Community.
- Search
Support Knowledge Base—This
option opens a new browser window and takes you to the Daptiv Support
Knowledgebase. The Knowledgebase is an archive of troubleshooting and
product-related questions and their solutions. For details, see Searching
the Support Knowledge Base.
- Submit
Support Case—This
command opens a new browser window for submitting a support request. For
details, see Submitting a Support
Case.
