If your organization uses a hierarchy to organize your workspaces, you can view this hierarchy on the Projects tab, by changing the View Format to the Hierarchy View. This view only sorts by workspace hierarchy. No other sorting criteria is supported and you cannot manually sort workspaces by clicking on the column headers.
To change the view format, click Change Format on the View toolbar and click Hierarchy View.
Note: When you change the view format, the change remains in effect until you change it again. This means that you can change the view format, leave the Projects tab, and later see unexpected results when you return to the tab. Workspaces you expect to see may not be visible because you are not looking at the default List View format. There is no indication of the view format being used unless you click Change Format.
The Hierarchy View of workspaces lists all top-level workspaces you have permission to view. Any of these top-level workspaces that have child workspaces are shown with a plus. Clicking this icon expands the hierarchy tree for that workspace.
Workspaces that do not have child workspaces are shown without the plus next to their name.
Note: The Hierarchy View shows only active workspaces. To view archived workspaces, use the Archived View option. For details, see Workspace Archived View Overview.
