Customizing the Task List

Customize the Task List so it displays your workspace tasks with the fields you want and need. You can drag fields to reorder them, hide or reveal fields, and view the schedule in hierarchical view or in a flat view.

• Customize the Task List
  Adjust the Task List view for your personal needs. For details on how to customize the view, including adding, removing or reordering columns, and sorting by column, see Customizing the Editable Item List.
• Limit the list of displayed tasks
  Use Quick Views to view a defined subset of tasks (My Tasks, Overdue)
• Filter the list of displayed tasks
  Use the Filter to narrow the displayed list based on a string
