Using the Task List

Note: Many of these options are found on the Task List toolbar. For more information, see About the Task List Toolbar.

The Task List displays workspace tasks in a customizable hierarchical outline, with subtasks indented beneath parent (summary) tasks and parent tasks displayed in bold. Task status (if displayed) is indicated by colored icons.

With the appropriate permissions, the list gives you the ability to edit task fields in-line, as well as add, assign, update and delete tasks:
