Setting Connection Settings to PPM - ProjectTransit

For ProjectTransit to communicate with PPM and synchronize your Microsoft Project with a PPM project, you need to provide ProjectTransit with credentials for authentication.

Server URL
This is the same URL you type into your web browser to get to your Daptiv PPM Login page. In most cases this will be https://ppm.daptiv.com.
Proxy server
Many companies use a proxy between the Internet and their internal network. The proxy provides filtering and security to all incoming and outgoing Internet traffic. If your company is using a system default proxy for all applications that access the Internet, leave the Proxy server field blank and check the Use system default proxy box below.
Use system default proxy
Check this box and leave the Proxy server field blank if you are using a system default proxy for all applications that access the internet. Your network administrator can verify this information for you.
Login (email)
This is the email address you use to access PPM on the web.
Password
This is the password you use to access PPM on the web.
Remember password
Check this box if you want ProjectTransit to remember your PPM Login information using a cookie on your computer. If you choose this, you do not have to reenter the password each time you use ProjectTransit. This is not recommended if you are using a public computer or sharing your computer with other users.
Use Integrated Windows authentication
Integrated Windows Authentication, or Integrated NT Authentication, is a configuration option which allows you to use your Windows login and password to access Daptiv PPM. If you know that your PPM enterprise is configured to use this option, you can check this box and leave your Login and Password fields blank.
