Query Studio / Report Studio

Reporting permissions are set at several places and control both access to reporting functionality and to data appearing in reports. The actions available to you depend on your combined permissions for reporting.

• Enterprise Role—Permissions at the enterprise role level control:
• Access to Reports from the global Reports application (tab). For details, see Reporting Permissions - Reports Tab.
• Access to Dashboard Reports in the Dashboard Report Viewer. For details, see Reporting Permissions - Dashboard Reports.
• Access to data in workspaces you are not a member of. For details, see Reporting Permissions - All Workspaces.
  
• Report Authoring License—Report licensing determines your ability to create (write) reports. For more information, see Reporting Permissions - Report Author Licenses.
  
• Report-Specific Permissions—Permissions on specific reports determine who can view, edit and run the reports (including by scheduling them). For details, see Report Details : Report Permissions.
