Query Studio / Report Studio

Note: Although report licensing is not technically related to permissions for PPM Reporting, it controls who can create reports. For this reason, it is being included in the discussion with other permission-based aspects of PPM Reports.

If you are licensed as a report author in PPM, you have the ability to create reports in either Query Studio or Report Studio. For details on report licensing in PPM, see About Report Licensing Options.

As a report author, you have full access to any report you create. Your enterprise role permissions still governs the data you have access to when you are developing or running a report. You can edit the report, make the report private (by moving it to your My Folders), delete the report, and set permissions on a public report to restrict access by other users.
