Search Query Maximum

If you use a large number of search terms and qualifiers, Search may generate an error message stating the query exceeded the maximum number of terms and qualifiers allowed.

There is no fixed maximum for number of terms.

This message displays when the combination of search terms results in a query that is more complex than SQL can handle.

Reducing query complexity

The easiest way to reduce query complexity is to reduce the number of search terms you use.
