Searching Archived Items

You can search archived workspaces and their items by selecting an option on the Search Results page. (By default Search does not include archived items. )

Archived items include archived workspaces and any items contained within those workspaces.

Note: Archive search is exclusive. You cannot search archived items and active items at the same time. When you search archived items you only search archived items.

To search archived workspaces and items:

Type your search string in the Search box and click the Magnifying glass. The results display on the Search Results page.

Select Search only archived items and click Search.
Archived workspaces and items for which you have permission are searched and the results display on the Search Results page.
