  • Description
  • Workspace Number
  • Custom fields (text fields only - numeric and picklist fields are not searched)

Requests

Note: Only searched if you have access to the Requests application (tab).

  • Request Name
  • Description
  • Custom fields (text fields only - numeric and picklist fields are not searched)

Documents

  • Title
  • Description

Documents + Contents

  • Title

  • Contents (only most recent version of each document)

Native applications

Note: Only searches applications and application items to which you have access

Calendar

Note: You must have the enterprise-level View Enterprise Directory permission. By default this permission is given to all enterprise-level roles. Your enterprise may have different permissions.
