The Results Page lists items that match your search term(s). From this list of results, you can view a subset of matching items by using the options on the left side.
You can also refine your search using additional terms, or run a completely new search. For more information, see Changing Your Search Results.
By default, results are sorted by Updated on. Updated on is the most recent date an item was accessed (not necessarily the date it was most recently changed).
About search Results:
- By default the first 25 matches of all result types are listed in the results.
- The results are ordered by Updated On date, with the most recent at the top.
- Items with a blank Updated On date are listed at the bottom of the list.
- Search result types on the left side of the Search Results page list the types of items in which matches were found, along with a number indicating how many item matches there were.
- For items with 50 or more matches, (50+) displays after the result type name.
- Click a result type name to see the first 25 items that matched.
- Click Show More at the bottom of the results list to see the first 50 items.
Note: For all item types except Documents, 50 is the maximum you can see. If the item you are searching for is not in the first 50, refine your search with additional terms to further limit the results. For more details, see Refining Your Search Results.
- Click All Results to redisplay the full results list after clicking a filter.
- Search only archived items
To search archived workspaces and application items within those workspaces, select Search only archived items and click Search.
Archived searching is exclusive (it does not search any non-archived items). For more information, see Searching Archived Items.
- Actions
An Actions icon next to each item in the results list allows you to perform actions on an item without leaving the results page. The actions available to you depend on your permissions for individual items.
