PPM Search has a display limit of 50 items for each search result type except for Documents, which has a 100 item limit.
If one or more of your search result types returns the maximum displayable number of items, a message warns you there may be items you will not be able to view with the current search criteria.
If you see this message, refine your search with additional (or different) terms to reduce the number of results.
Note: The message does not reflect the total number of results returned. In the above example, 70 results are viewable by scrolling down and clicking Show More. The message displays because there are 50 tasks.
