Using the Workspace Tasks Application

 

The workspace Tasks application displays tasks for a single workspace. Project managers and team members can use the workspace-level Tasks application to manage tasks for their workspace and to view tasks for all team members in their workspace. Unlike the global Tasks application, the tasks in workspace Tasks are shown in relationship to one another, providing team members with important information about the workspace schedule and task dependencies.

The workspace Tasks application offers several different options for managing tasks, including a Task List, Gantt Chart and Baseline views. The options you use depend on how you prefer to work and what you need to accomplish. Note: The option you select will persist until you change it to another view.

To use THE workspace Tasks Application:

  1. Navigate to the workspace whose tasks you want to manage.
  2. On the Project Menu, click Tasks, then choose the view you want:

Note: To change between views once you have opened a page of the Tasks application, use the Workspace Menu.
